If you are still unhappy with what you receive, don’t worry, we will sort it out.

Write to us at info@littleshiro.com, with ‘return request’ or ‘exchange request’ as the subject line.

We will request you for images of the product in the condition that you got it in. After the initial approval, you will be asked to courier the garment to our address, which will be shared with you via email.

The cost of return courier is to be borne by the customer.

Once we receive the garment, we will do a final inspection and give the final approval, to ensure if the damage is done from our end.

You can choose to get a refund or exchange it for another garment of the same amount.

We accept return/exchange requests within 7 days of date of receipt.

International orders are not eligible for return/refund or exchange. Sale pieces are not eligible for return/refund or exchange.

The products need to be unused, unworn and with original tags intact.

Refund amount will not include shipping costs.

The amount will be returned to the bank account you have used to make the purchase.

Incase you have purchased using the COD option, we will request for your bank account details to make the refund.
